As mentioned, this makes an extremely moist meatloaf. For a drier loaf, adjust the amount of eggs and bread crumbs to your desired taste.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, milk, bread crumbs, minced onion, and sage. Crumble beef into bowl and mix well. Place in center of crockpot and shape into a round loaf, leaving space between loaf and edges of crockpot. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce; spoon over loaf. Cover and cook on low 6 hours.
