This is easily one of my favorite crockpot recipes – so easy and so good!!
I have made this recipe time and time again for years; it is a big request in our house. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine does!
Place beef strips into crockpot. In bowl, combine soy sauce, onions, garlic, sugar, black pepper, and ginger, pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
Add bell peppers and tomatoes, cover and cook on high 25-35 minutes, until peppers are tender. If needed, thicken sauce with flour or cornstarch. Serve over rice.
