I have served this dish in many different ways; served as shredded spicy sandwiches on kaiser rolls or french bread, served over rice (great if you add green peppers too!), or served with a side of orzo.

Place pork ribs in slow cooker. Add onions. Rinse and drain black beans, add to crockpot. In a bowl, mix remaining ingredients, pour into crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
