This is easily one of our absolute favorites!
This recipe can change time to time! I often add way more celery (I love celery in soups), and have sometimes used green onions. I often won't use white wine, just more veggie juice. Experiment and have fun!
Mix all ingredients except shrimp and rice in crockpot. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours. Thaw shrimp, add shrimp and rice to crockpot, stir to combine. Cover and cook on high an additional 30-40 minutes.
