Cook meat if not done so already. Layer meat in bottom of slow cooker. In a bowl, combine soup, onion, red pepper, pepper, salt, and egg substitute. Pour over meat. Layer frozen potatoes on top. Cover and cook on low 8 hours.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese in crockpot, cover and cook on high an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted.
