Creamy Herb Potatoes

This is a great dish to bring to potlucks! If you have a larger crockpot, the recipe can easily be doubled. Use about 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups water (not 2) and increase cooking time to 10-12 hours on low.

Ingredients

  • 1 32 oz bag frozen diced hash brown potatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours.
