A terrific dessert; you can make it with a variety of different fruits to please everyone in the family!
My husband likes the 'crisp' on the bottom of the pan too, so I split the mixture and spread some in the bottom of the pan.
My favorite combination for this recipe is rhubarb, apples, and strawberries, but experiment to find your favorite!
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large bowl, mix sugar, 3 tbsp flour, rhubarb and fruit. Place mixture in ungreased 13x9 baking dish.
Mix together flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and sugar. Melt butter, combine with dry mixture. Spread evenly over fruit.
Bake for 35-45 minutes, until fruit is bubbling and oat mixture is brown.
