An easy Italian dish that my kids enjoy each time I make it.
There are so many varieties of this recipe! I've used almost any and every noodle; ravioli, tortellini, penne, mostaccioli, spaghetti, angel hair, egg noodles, macaroni, bow tie, rotini - you name it! They all work well. You can certainly add meat and/or veggies to the dish as well - mushrooms, ground beef, green peppers, etc.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large saucepan, combine sauce and seasonings, simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, cook noodles according to package directions, drain. Spread 1/2 cup sauce into bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish. Mix noodles into remaining sauce, pour into dish. Sprinkle cheese on top; bake for 25 minutes until heated through.
