A light Italian meal with incredible garlic flavor.
You can use any combination of peppers; we often use green and red for color. If you don't have tomato sauce, substitute jarred spaghetti sauce (especially if you like a 'saucier' dish; then simply add more). If you don't have Italian seasoning mix, then use garlic powder, oregano, and thyme.
Saute sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic in large skillet or pot over medium heat until veggies are softened. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, drain. Add noodles to veggies and sausage. Pour in tomatoes, tomato sauce, and seasoning mix, mix well. Simmer 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
