Slow Cooker Veggies

Use a mixture of frozen vegetables or all one kind! If you prefer your veggies a little crunchier, shorten the cooking time to 5-6 hours on low. Feel free to use Neufchatel cheese if you prefer; I often do.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz package cubed cream cheese
  • 1 32 oz package mixed frozen vegetables
  • 1/4 cup cubed butter
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

Place frozen vegetables in bottom of slow cooker, place cubed cream cheese and butter on top of veggies. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on top. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or high 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
