We have pasta a lot in my family, but when I want something that is a little beyond the traditional red sauce this zippy recipe hits the spot! I use my Anything Chicken recipe for the cooked chicken.
For the diced tomatoes, I used one can of 'original' and one can of 'mild'. For a super zippy pasta, use two originals or get daring and use the hot!

Cook pasta as directed on package, drain. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine soups, garlic powder, black pepper, basil leaves, and diced tomatoes. Cook over medium heat until simmering, reduce heat to low and add shredded mozzarella and mushrooms. Stir frequently until cheese is melted. Add noodles to mixture and stir to combine. Enjoy!
