We love tilapia in our house; it’s the type of fish we eat the most of. I’m always trying to figure out new ways to enjoy it, and this was so easy!
Although this does have a little zing, I often add 1 tsp cumin to the fish as well. A great light meal!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x11 glass baking dish with cooking spray or use a dash of olive oil to prevent sticking. Place tilapia in dish. Pour can of tomatoes around tilapia. Sprinkle garlic powder and cilantro evenly over fish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
