This light flavored fish becomes a little bit heartier when you bread it and bake it. I usually serve this with Garlic Butter Noodles and steamed vegetables.
If you'd like your fish a little spicier, omit the basil and thyme and add cayenne pepper and a dash of paprika.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Put egg in shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, black pepper, basil, and thyme in separate bowl.
Dip fillets in egg and then coat in bread mixture.
Place in greased glass baking pan.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, until fish flakes with fork.
