We love pasta salad and purchase it often from our grocery store. I tried, numerous times, to get it right – and finally did!! Quick and easy, using Italian dressing for the marinade. A great side dish!
I have not yet made this with kalamata olives, but they would be a delicious addition to this salad!
Cook pasta as directed on package, drain. Rinse thoroughly in cold water. Saute mini pepperonis until heated through and slightly crispy, pat off grease. Combine pasta, pepperonis, red pepper, onions, feta, pepperocinis, and olives in a bowl. Pour dressing over all and toss to coat. Chill for at least 20 minutes prior to serving.
