I love salads. Load them up with veggies and the crispy crunchiness makes me happy. My favorites switch between the traditional salad and a Greek Salad, but my husband? His favorite hands down is the Grilled Veggie Salad.
Variety is nice once in awhile too. This one may not be our absolute favorite but it is close to the top of the list, not just for taste but simplicity.
Use your taste preference and discretion with the amount of cranberries, almonds, and dressing. If you prefer more of the dressing flavor (like us) then 1/2 bottle will do. However if you prefer a lighter flavor then use 1/3 of the bottle.
Combine salad mix, cranberries, and almonds in a large bowl. Pour dressing over all, toss to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
