I had seen these all over Pinterest and wanted to make them at some point.  I was presented with the perfect opportunity about a week ago.

I love holidays.  Just about any holiday.  Frankly, it's for no other reason than the food.

Three down, two to go for 2012.  My stepsons requested Asian this year, so I whipped up some stir fry for us and a kid-friendly Asian skillet dish for them.  My stepdaughter requested tapas, so we had a whole slew of appetizers and treats.  For my daughter's birthday this year, she requested Mexican.  What did they all request for birthday treats?  Carrot Cake, of course.
