Last year I shared with you my family's tradition of a Non Traditional Christmas Dinner.  It is truly a beloved tradition at Christmastime for us, and one that has grown to include many friends and family.

Many of you know of our Non-Traditional Christmas Dinners.  I've been working on getting the best recipes up from our most recent one, Christmas 2012, which was Peruvian.

Our family Christmas tradition is to enjoy a meal of a different ethnicity each year.  This past year we had Peruvian, and many enjoyed this dish so much we had another Peruvian meal, Christmas style, last weekend (without the presents, trees, decorations, and carols of course).
