Ingredients:
| 4 | -5 boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| 1 | 12 ounce package | cranberries |
| 1 | cup | sugar |
| 1 | cup | water |
| 1 | envelope | dry onion soup mix |
| 2 | tbsp | quick cooking tapioca |
|
Instructions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In saucepan, mix sugar and water; bring to a boil and add cranberries. Return to a boil, reduce heat and boil gently for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and cool. Mix in dry soup mix and tapioca.
Place chicken in crockpot, pour cranberry mix over chicken. Cover and cook on low 5-6 hours or high for 3 hours.

Notes: I prefer to make my own cranberry sauce, but a 16 ounce can of cranberry sauce can be substituted for the cranberries, sugar, and water. Mix can of cranberry sauce with soup mix and tapioca and pour over chicken.
