Recipe: German Beef Strips

A great way to enjoy a one dish German style meal. Vary the hot sauce to vary the flavor!

Ingredients:
| 3 ½ | pounds | beef round steak |
| 1 | large chopped | onion |
| 2 | medium chopped | green pepper |
| 16 | ounces sliced | mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | flour |
| 1 | can beef | broth |
| ½ | cup | white wine |
| 1 | tbsp | worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | tsp | hot sauce |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Cut beef into thin strips. If desired, brown meat in olive oil and saute onion, green pepper, and mushrooms; then transfer to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients, stir. Cover and cook on low 8 hours, high 4 hours.
