Ingredients:
| 3 | pounds | ground chicken |
| 1 | chopped | onion |
| 1 | chopped | green pepper |
| 1 | undrained | 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes |
| 1 | envelope | savory herb soup mix |
| 2 | cups | eight vegetable juice |
| ½ | cup (4 oz can) | tomato sauce |

Instructions:
Brown chicken in medium skillet, drain. Spray crockpot with cooking spray and add browned chicken. In same skillet, saute onion and green pepper in 1 tbsp olive oil until tender, add to slow cooker. Mix in remaining ingredients, cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.

Notes: This sauce can be used in so many ways! Serve on hamburger buns as chicken sloppy joes. Spoon sauce over toasted french bread and add shredded cheese for open faced sandwiches. Use as a meaty sauce over noodles. Spread over pizza crust and add your favorite toppings for a super hearty pizza.
