An easy Thai chicken recipe - make it a full meal by adding vegetables!

Ingredients:
| 2 | pounds boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| ⅓ | cup | rice vinegar |
| 2 | tbsp | soy sauce |
| 6 | cloves minced | garlic |
| 1 ½ | tsp | ground ginger |
| 2 | tbsp red curry | thai paste |
| ½ | cup | peanut butter |
| 1 | can | coconut milk |
|
Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken in crockpot. Combine rice vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, ground ginger, thai paste, and peanut butter in a bowl, mix well. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8 hours or high 4 hours.
