Ingredients:
| 1 | pound hot bulk | sausage |
| 1 | medium chopped | onion |
| 2 | cups | celery |
| 1 | chopped | green pepper |
| 1 | cup | white wine |
| 3 | cups vegetable | broth |
| 1 | 15 oz jar roasted (drained) | red bell pepper |
| 1 | undrained | 28 oz can diced tomatoes |
| 1 | 10 oz can drained | clams |
| 3 | cups | eight vegetable juice |
| 1 | tsp | black pepper |
| 1 | tsp | thyme |
| 1 | tsp | basil leaves |
| 1 | pound tail off devienned | shrimp |
| 1 | pound | cod |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cod, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
