Ingredients:
1pound hot bulksausage
1medium choppedonion
2cupscelery
1choppedgreen pepper
1cupwhite wine
3cups vegetablebroth
115 oz jar roasted (drained)red bell pepper
1undrained28 oz can diced tomatoes
110 oz can drainedclams
3cupseight vegetable juice
1tspblack pepper
1tspthyme
1tspbasil leaves
1pound tail off deviennedshrimp
1poundcod
Instructions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except shrimp and cod, cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
