Recipe: Chicken in Flaky Biscuits

A very hearty "country" meal, this can be made with turkey as well - both are wonderful!

Ingredients:
| 5 | -6 boneless skinless cubed | chicken breasts |
| 2 | drained | 4 oz can mushrooms |
| 2 | medium chopped | onions |
| 6 | stalks chopped | celery |
| 1 | tbsp | tarragon leaves |
| 1 | tsp | black pepper |
| 1 | cup dry | white wine |
| 2 | diced | red pepper |
| ½ | cup | evaporated milk |
| 1 | pkg refrigerated flaky | biscuits |

Instructions:
Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray. Mix chicken, mushrooms, onions, celery, tarragon, pepper, and wine. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours. Add red pepper and evaporated milk, cover and cook on high 20-25 minutes. Thicken with flour if desired (add ¼ cup flour, stir, and cook on high 10-15 minutes).
