Ingredients:
| 2 | tbsp | butter |
| 40 | cloves peeled | garlic |
| 6 | boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| 2 | medium chopped | onions |
| 4 | stalks chopped | celery |
| 1 | tsp | tarragon leaves |
| ½ | tsp | black pepper |
| ¼ | tsp | nutmeg |
| ½ | cup dry | white wine |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook stirring often until it softens. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to slow cooker. Place chicken on cloves of garlic. Add onions, celery, tarragon, pepper, nutmeg, and white wine. Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours or high 3-4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
