Ingredients:
| 6 | boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| 2 | large sliced | onions |
| 2 | large sliced | green and/or red bell peppers |
| 1 | small, peeled, seeded, sliced | butternut squash |
| 2 | cups | apple juice |
| 2 | tbsp | parsley flakes |
| ¼ | cup | green onions |
| 1 | tsp minced | garlic |
| 1 | tsp | black pepper |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Top with onions, bell peppers, and squash. In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
