Ingredients:
| 2 | pounds | beef round steak |
| 1 | undrained | 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes |
| 2 | cloves minced | garlic |
| 1 | 4 oz can (drained) | sliced jalapeno peppers |
| 1 | tbsp | cilantro |
| 2 | tsp | chili powder |
| ½ | tsp | cumin |
| 2 | medium sliced | green and/or red bell peppers |
| 10 | soft flour | tortillas |
| 2 | cups | shredded cheddar cheese |

Instructions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Slice steak and place in slow cooker. In bowl, combine tomatoes, garlic, jalapenos, cilantro, chili powder, and cumin; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low 8 hours, high 4 hours. Stir in sliced peppers, cook on high for 30 minutes.
