A great dish with mild mango chutney and curry flavors - not too hot or spicy.

Ingredients:
2pounds boneless skinless cubedchicken breasts
112 oz jarmango chutney sauce
2tspcurry powder
cupwater
2large slicedgreen and/or red bell peppers
1large slicedonion
Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Mix all ingredients in slow cooker, cover and cook on low 5-6 hours. Serve over rice.
