Recipe: Mandarin Orange Cake
A 'dump' cake that's so sweet you serve it with cool whip or vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients:

flour

baking soda

15 oz cans
mandarin oranges

tsp
salt

large
eggs

tsp
vanilla extract

cup
brown sugar

tbsp
milk
4
tbsp
butter
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°. Drain oranges saving 3 tbsp of juice to add to batter. Mix all ingredients to blend, then beat for 3 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased 13x9 pan and bake for 40-45 minutes.
