Ingredients:
| 4 | skinless boneless | chicken breasts |
| 2 | drained | 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes |
| 1 | large sliced | onion |
| ¼ | cup | calamata olives |
| ¼ | cup dry | red wine |
| 1 | tbsp | quick cooking tapioca |
| 2 | cloves minced | garlic |
| ¼ | tsp | black pepper |
| 1 | tsp | basil |
| 2 | cups cooked | couscous |

Instructions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. Pour one can of diced tomatoes into crockpot. Place chicken breasts on top of tomatoes. In bowl, combine 2nd can of tomatoes, onion, olives, wine, tapioca, garlic, pepper, and basil. Pour over chicken.
