Ingredients:
| 4 | boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| ¼ | cup | butter |
| 4 | ounces | cream or Neufchatel cheese |
| 1 | envelope dry | italian dressing mix |
| 1 | envelope dry | savory herb soup mix |
| 1 | 12 ounce can | evaporated milk |
| 1 | tbsp | cornstarch |

Instructions:
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. In medium pan, melt butter and cream cheese. Add evaporated milk, dressing and soup mix. Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour cream mixture over chicken, cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, high 4 hours.
