Ingredients:
| 4 | boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| 4 | pieces thinly sliced | ham |
| 4 | slices swiss or provolone | cheese |
| 1 | tsp | black pepper |
| 1 | tsp | thyme |
| 1 | can | cream of mushroom soup |
| 1 | drained | 4 oz can mushrooms |
| ½ | cup | white wine |
| 2 | cloves | garlic |
| ½ | tsp | tarragon leaves |

Instructions:
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Flatten chicken breasts to approximately ½ inch thick. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast, roll up and secure with toothpicks. Mix black pepper and thyme, sprinkle on each roll.
