Ingredients:
| 2 | 28 ounce cans | spaghetti sauce |
| 1 | drained | 28 oz can diced tomatoes |
| 1 | pound | Italian turkey sausage |
| 3 | medium chopped | onions |
| 2 | cups | mushrooms |
| ½ | tsp | black pepper |
| 2 | tbsp | Italian seasoning mix |
| 1 | tsp | thyme |
| 1 | tsp | oregano |
| 1 | large chopped | green pepper |
| 4 | cloves minced | garlic |
| 1 | cup chopped | pepperoni |

Instructions:
Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Remove casings from sausage, brown in large skillet over medium heat. Drain. Add onion, garlic, green pepper, pepperoni, and mushrooms, simmer 15 minutes.
