Recipe: Creamy Herb Fondue
A creamy dipping sauce - perfect for a crusty bread or sausage appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 ½

white wine
1 ½
cups
shredded cheddar cheese
¼
tsp
black pepper
¼
tsp
oregano

tsp
garlic powder
¼
cup
fresh parsley

ounces
processed cheese
Instructions:
Melt all ingredients in pot over low heat stirring occasionally. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with french or sourdough bread and sausage.
Notes:
If desired, you may want to use a cornstarch and water paste if your sauce appears too thin.
