A creamy dipping sauce - perfect for a crusty bread or sausage appetizer.

Ingredients:
1 ½cupswhite wine
1 ½cupsshredded cheddar cheese
¼tspblack pepper
¼tsporegano
½tspgarlic powder
¼cupfresh parsley
4ouncesprocessed cheese
Instructions:
Melt all ingredients in pot over low heat stirring occasionally. Transfer to fondue pot and serve with french or sourdough bread and sausage.
Notes: If desired, you may want to use a cornstarch and water paste if your sauce appears too thin.
