A wholesome down-home country meal served over biscuits. My kids loved it!

Number of servings: 6

Ingredients:
| 4 | boneless skinless | chicken breasts |
| 1 | medium chopped | onion |
| 2 | cups chopped | celery |
| 8 | ounces sliced | mushrooms |
| 1 | cup | white wine |
| 4 | cloves minced | garlic |
| 12 | ounces | evaporated milk |
| 16 | oz package mixed frozen | vegetables |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with non-stick cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Add onion, celery, mushrooms, wine, and garlic. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
Remove chicken and shred, place back into slow cooker. Add milk and veggies. Add a mixture of cornstarch and water if you desire a thicker sauce. Cover and cook on high for 20-30 minutes. Serve over biscuits.

Notes: The mixed frozen veggies I like to use are green beans, corn, and carrots, but anything would work!
