If you find the sauce in your crock pot meal is too thin,
add a thickening agent such as 2 Tbsp of quick cooking
tapioca or 1/4 cup of flour or cornstarch.  Cover and cook
on high 30-45 minutes.

Quick and Easy Tips
I'm all about quickness and efficiency when cooking.  Here are a few things that I do to save time:

-Use baby carrots - they are already peeled and in a small convenient size - they often don't have to be cut at all!

-Buy the jarred minced garlic - it is so much easier than mincing your own!  1/2 tsp equals one clove.
