Menu and Grocery List #3
Yet another menu with grocery lists. Remember, these meals can be done in almost any order, as long as some are made prior to others to take advantage of leftovers. This menu will probably provide large amounts of leftovers for families of four or less; you can freeze most anything for up to six months. Enjoy!
Grocery List By Recipe
Grocery List By Ingredient
Ranch Chicken
- serve with your choice of potato and vegetable.
Shred remaining chicken and refrigerate for chicken wraps.
Ham in Mushroom Sauce
- serve with your choice of potato and vegetable.
Cube and refrigerate remaining ham for ham casserole.
Mustard Salmon
- serve with rice if desired. Often there's enough food here I don't make a starch to go with it!
Chicken Wraps
- Take shredded ranch chicken, combine with your favorite sandwich ingredients and dressing, wrap in large flour tortillas and serve. Try shredded parmesan and boiled egg for a caeser-like wrap. Other ingredient ideas are lettuce, cheese, shredded carrot, shredded cabbage, tomatoes - get creative!
Cranberry Orange Pork Chops
- serve with your choice of potato and vegetable.
Ham Casserole
- Take cubed ham from ham in mushroom sauce, hopefully equaling 1-2 cups. Cook a 16 oz package of firm noodles (egg, penne, macaroni) as directed on package. Drain. Add ham, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 chopped onion, 8 oz. sour cream, stir to combine. Add 1 16 oz. package of frozen vegetables such as corn, peas, carrots, green beans, or mixed vegetables. Season with 2 cloves minced garlic and black pepper. Pour into glass baking dish, bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. If desired, shredded cheese may be sprinkled on casserole before baking. casseroles
for some different ideas or instructions on how to do in a crockpot.
Italian Chicken Parmesan
- serve with garlic bread if desired. Makes great leftovers!
