This menu will probably provide large amounts of leftovers for families of four or less; you can freeze most anything for up to six months. I brown all the ground beef at once to save time. Beef Chili Mac - If you've browned the ground beef at the beginning of the week (along with the beef for the Pizza Casserole) then prep for this is a snap!
Chicken with Corn and Black Beans - If you'd like, serve with sour cream and tortilla chips.
Shred remaining chicken and mix with corn and black beans for tacos later in the week.
Calzones - Fill these with whatever you'd like; you've got plenty of options from ingredients for meals this week. Ground beef, pepperoni, vegetables, or whatever you find in your fridge!
Italian Pork Chops - Serve with noodles and green beans.
Cheesy Tortellini - Serve with garlic bread if desired.
Tacos - Use the leftover Chicken with Corn and Black Beans or ground beef to give your family a choice of meats!
