Ingredients:
| 1 | 8 ounce package cubed | cream or Neufchatel cheese |
| 1 | 32 ounce package mixed | frozen vegetables |
| ¼ | cup cubed | butter |
| ¼ | tsp | black pepper |
| ½ | tsp | garlic powder |
|
Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place frozen vegetables in bottom of slow cooker, place cubed cream cheese and butter on top of veggies. Sprinkle garlic powder and pepper on top. Cover and cook on low 7-8 hours, high 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally.
