Recipe: Grilled Chicken and Asparagus Pasta

Inspired by the asparagus and crimini mushrooms at our farmer's market, my whole family gobbled this up.

Ingredients:
| 2 | cups cubed grilled | chicken breasts |
| 1 | pound | asparagus |
| ¾ | pound | crimini mushrooms |
| 1 | small chopped | onion |
| 2 | tbsp | olive oil |
| 6 | tbsp | margarine |
| 4 | ounces | cream or Neufchatel cheese |
| 1 | can fat free | evaporated milk |
| 2 | tsp | italian seasoning |
| ½ | tsp | oregano |
| ½ | tsp | black pepper |
| ¼ | cup | water |
| 2 | tbsp | cornstarch |
| ½ | pound (uncooked) angel hair or fettucine | noodles |
| 4 | cloves minced | garlic |

Instructions:
Saute onion, asparagus, and garlic in olive oil over medium low flame. (If necessary, grill chicken at this time as well.) Once onion is golden brown and asparagus is softened, add mushrooms.
