Recipe: Peanut Butter Fudge Cake

Ingredients:
| 1 | cup | flour |
| ⅓ | cup | sugar |
| 1 ½ | tsp | baking powder |
| 2 | tsp | vanilla extract |
| 2 | tbsp | vegetable oil |
| ½ | cup | milk |
| ⅓ | cup | peanut butter |
| 1 | cup | chocolate chips |
| ¾ | cup | sugar |
| 2 | tbsp | cocoa |
| 1 | cup boiling | water |

Instructions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, combine flour, ⅓ cup sugar and baking powder. Add vanilla, vegetable oil, milk, and peanut butter, mix well. Spread in bottom of slow cooker. Sprinkle chocolate chips over peanut butter mixture. In a small bowl, combine ¾ cup sugar, cocoa and boiling water. Pour over chocolate chips - do not stir. Cover and cook on high 2 hours. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
